  Hello,
  I've Just Joined Enguneers Exchange, Am Not That Sure Why I Cant Find Your Post On AutoCAD Exchange Page Here ;> Maybe You Got Yur Answer.
  But Just In Case, you Can Always Add An Entire Drawing As A Block that Can Not Be Treated Like A Block!!!!!
  In A New Page That Has The Same Units And Limtes Of your Desired Drawing,
  Go To Intsert - DWG Referance - Brows For Your File - Check All Options And Follow The Command Tab Its Prety Easy.
  Now This Drawing Can Be Snaped, Measured And Anyone Can Draw Over It But It Can Not Be Explode Or Edited. ONLY It Can Be Deleted.
  So You Can Save As Your Drawings On The Server This Way And Keep Your Origional On Your Computer.
  Ofcourse If Someone Tries To Miss Arround With You ;> You Can Always Open Your Drawing history to see when was last modified.
