  You are absolutely correct, Mr. Mohsin, in that a self sustaining wind power industry will eventually export turbines to less fortunate countries (at least to coastal cities where most of the wind blows). At this writing it makes more sense to export this type of technology rather than large and complex power plants. Inexpensive power has potential to raise the living standard of many in 3rd world countries. How about this for national goals? Energy independence for the first world, then energy independence for others.
