"Can you tell me more about your Mechanical bonding method and cost? From Website I could not tell if you are selling idea, machinery, tooling, process, etc. It is probably there, but, I skimmed through rather quickly.

  • Hello Ted. The short answer is, all of the above. The process involves a tool with multiple opposing blades each having multiple teeth. The tool is pressed against the material which causes the blades move a short distance toward each other such that the teeth bite in and plow (plough) up small hooks. The hook size and density can be customized. Can you give me some idea as to your use? We can supply tools and do sample pieces.
