 The Access to Health and Healthcare through Brownfields Redevelopment workshop will be held in the City of Orlando’s City Hall Overlook Room at 400 S. Orange Avenue. The workshop will focus on fostering a National Action Agenda to promote the use of Brownfields and other resources to improve health related opportunities and outcomes for undeserved communities. The workshop is being held with the Florida focus but with the intent of development Brownfields Health and Healthcare related strategies that can be replicated on a national basis.

June 21 (1/2 day) National Working Group Meeting—In conjunction with a facilitation team including US EPA attendees, local government officials and others, a preliminary Action Agenda to promote Health and Healthcare though Brownfields Redevelopment on a national level will be formed.

June 22 Workshop—Accessing Health and Healthcare Resources for Communities throughout Florida—Presentations on resources, case studies and partnerships promoting the synergy between Health, Healthcare, Environmental Justice and Brownfields throughout Florida.
