I have a question regarding the composite. If PTFE (Polutetra fluro ethylene) filled with some portion of either Carbon, Bronze, Glass or Graphite. Will this be a composite?"

    Yes it would but normally this is not done for structural applications. Sometimes it is added to fiber on the ID of a composite bearing as an example.
