That is good advice and I do all my work at 1 to 1. This was an assembly that I picked up from the user library. It is a drawing of a car that I would like to use in one of my assemblies.
Depends on how effective each individual is at the assigned task. To me, it's logical assigning someone to do what their specialty would be. CAD operaters are very efficient at "materializing" an idea and engineers have the idea of what to do with the materials. Seems it would be more efficient to keep them separate. Each project has it's own context.
