  yes Gowri , as all of know wind flow is mainly due temperature difference in atmosphere or at local area , the flow of wing posses certain amount of kinetic energy, this kinetic energy is tapped in the from of mechanical energy , by using wind mill or wind turbine, the blades of wind turbine are made in such a way that , the flow air make to rotate the blades
  
  Wind turbine are classified as horizontal axis wind turbine, vertical axis wind turbine
